Telecommunications - More About Brand X

For those who can't get enough about the never ending debate about Brand X, the podcast below is an interesting academic discussion of the Supreme Court decision. At base, the professors conclude that the Brand X decision gives the FCC broad discretion to regulate the Internet using based not only on its regulatory mandate (i.e. information service v. telecommunication service), but also based on perceived social needs.
